At Okantur Logistics we attach great importance to the privacy and security of the personal data of our customers, business partners and employees. This text has been prepared to inform you about how your personal data is processed and protected under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Delivering our logistics, transport and warehousing services completely and on time.
• Managing customer relationship processes and maintaining operational communication.
• Fulfilling our finance, invoicing and legal obligations.
• Making the mandatory disclosures requested by customs and legal authorities.
• Measuring and improving the quality of our service.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your processed personal data may be transferred only to authorised public institutions and, within the framework of confidentiality agreements, to our business partners, in order to fulfil our legal obligations and complete our service processes (such as customs clearance and insurance). Data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• to learn whether your personal data is being processed;
• to request information about it if it has been processed;
• to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose;
• to request the correction of data that has been processed incompletely or incorrectly;
• to request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK legislation.
